Privacy notice
This notice explains what A19 Klub & Kitchen, 5th Floor, Sarath City Capital Mall, Kondapur, Hyderabad, does with the details you send when you ask about a corporate or office party. It covers the form on this website and enquiry forms we run on Instagram and Facebook.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, work email and company.
- About the party: how many guests, when, the package you're interested in and any notes you add.
- How you found us, if the link you used carried a code (for example, from a Google ad or our QR card), and the time you sent the enquiry.
The public pages of this website set no cookies and use no tracking scripts.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, send you the menu and a quote, and arrange your booking. You agree to this when you send the form.
- To email you occasional offers for office events, only if you ticked that box. You can stop these at any time.
Who sees it
Only the A19 team that handles bookings. Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website and its database, and enquiry alerts to our team may be sent through our email provider. We don't sell your details or share them with other businesses. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms also apply to that chat.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after we last talk about your enquiry. If you book, we keep what we need for the booking and its invoices for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 91333 07041, or tell us at the venue, and we'll do it within 7 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
